All rooms are en-suite and furnished with wi-fi, freeview TV, clock radio, tea and coffee making facilities and a choice of pillows. There is a fully licensed bar and comfortable guest lounge to relax in.
Please note that we are strictly a non smoking establishment. If you wish, you are invited to make use of the south facing veranda overlooking the Torridge Estuary. A charge will be made in the event smoking takes place in the hotel.

Cancellation:
Within a 48hr period or less the 1st night’s accommodation for all rooms booked will be charged at the full rate.
In the case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged at the full rate.
In the event that a room is vacated before the depatrure date the proprietors reserve the right to charge the full amount of the reservation.
Extra Beds:
Extra beds and travel cots are available upon request and need to be confirmed by the hotel.
Accepted credit cards:
Standard credit cards accepted. Sorry not Amex.
The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.
Please note that the management reserve the right to charge for any damage caused to hotel property. |
